Meeting, Hiring Hall, and Offices for ILA Local 1422. This was an adaptive reuse of a formal medical supply company on Corporate Road, North Charleston. Owner interviewed several Firms to manage his project. We were chosen because of our unique background and our ability to maintain the Owner’s budget and Schedule on several earlier projects.
