Our extensive and varied construction backgrounds allow us to provide planning, preconstruction and design coordination, as well as daily construction phase monitoring.

During Preconstruction Activities, Atlantic Construction Management identifies long lead time items, tagging them with a “Hot Schedule” to prioritize ordering before construction starts. This proactive approach helps manage delays for items like Electrical Switch Gear, drywall, specialty windows, and reinforced concrete pipe, ensuring smooth project progression. We collaborate with the owner to handle early costs and contractually navigate the release of these critical items.


Our team swiftly identifies cost or schedule issues and resolves them at the lowest level before escalating to the owner. We lead preconstruction activities, call necessary meetings, and suggest a formal Partnering relationship to unite the team around a common goal. We can provide or recommend a Partnering Consultant, or handle it ourselves.
