Atlantic Construction Management, LLC was formed by John P. Nance in January of 2007. ACM is an Agency Construction Management Firm which means we represent only the Owner’s interest in all aspects of a Capital Improvement Project. We do not represent the design staff or contractors but work as an extension of Owner’s Staff.

Our team’s extensive and varied construction backgrounds allow us to provide planning, preconstruction and design coordination, as well as daily construction phase monitoring.

Because of our significant Project Experience, we have provided Owner’s Representative Services in the following fields:
