6 Story mixed use building consisting of 204,550 SF with aproximiately 20,000 SF if restaurant & retail and 240 multifamily units with 1,100 space parking garage. Project had deep pile foundations and pilecaps and was constructed over a landfill area with Hazardous soil that had to be mitigated during construction. Building had active methane gas evac system under 1st floor sealed slab area
